Featuring the one and only, RJ Jacinto and The official ELVIS of MTV America, Johnny Elvis as his special guest. Dance to the beat of of good-ol' American classic rock 'n roll made popular by Elvis himself. Plus, there will be an RJ Guitar display and a demo workshop, and a meet and greet RJ and "Elvis" from 5pm onwards! This will be held on Sunday, July 4 at the Eastwood Mall @ 7pm. The Boracay Big Summer Show review...

The Boracay Big Summer Show that was held recently as our event on April 24 @ the Club Manila East, Station 2. RJ 100.3 and UR 105.9FM proved that we can definitely throw out the best summer beach getaway!

     We gave out free cups of halo-halo, courtesy of Alaska as a refreshing snack and MyJuiz distributed their complimentary tasty Juiz to cool down the guests who arrived at our event.

     Then, the games commenced with an Emperadòr Light Ultimate Frisbee challenge, as well as a "Bring Me" game by by Dermplus, a treasure hunt sponsored by MyJuiz, a balloon-blowing contest by Lungcaire Plus and finally, a coral reef photo exhibit by professional underwater photographers.

     Nightfall came, and that's when all the festivities began. Fire dancers wowed the crowd with their fire-flailing skills, while trays of cocktail drinks were being passed around to match the night, thanks to The Bar and Emperadòr Light Brandy. Local reggae band, Western Boulevard began their performance to warm up the crowd and to get them ready for the next gig. Finally, it was Sandwich's turn to perform.

    That was the culmination as the audience got all hyped up and really enjoyed the rest of the night.

Blockbuster Blow-Out for this month of April: Iron Man 2

Prepare yourselves for an action-packed blockbuster blow-out as RJ 100.3fmfm and UR 105.9fm brings you: "Iron Man 2"! Robert Downey Jr. reprises his role once more as the industrialist playboy billionaire, Tony Stark/Iron Man and Gwyneth Paltrow resumes her character as the ever-loyal executive assistant-turned business partner to Stark, Virginia "Pepper" Potts. Don Cheadle replaces Terrence Howard for the part of Lt. Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes/War Machine, Scarlett Johansson plays Natasha Romanoff (Romanova, in the comic books)/Black Widow - An undercover spy for S.H.I.E.L.D. posing as Stark's assistant. And Mickey Rourke as Ivan Vanko/Whiplash.

After confessing his identity as Iron Man to the world, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) comes under fire from the United States Government who demand he hand over the powerful weapon that is the Iron Man suit. As the Government attempts to create a duplicate suit with the assistance of Stark's rival, Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell), Tony's long time friend Jim Rhodes (Don Cheadle) is put center stage in the conflict. Meanwhile, a mysterious and dangerous foe emerges in Ivan Vanko (Mickey Rourke), who creates an alternate and powerful persona known as Whiplash in order to exact revenge on the Stark family once and for all... it isn't long before he unites with Hammer in an effort to destroy Iron Man. With the arrival of his shady new assistant (Scarlett Johansson), and persistent recruitment attempts from S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Stark needs all the help he can get in order to overcome the obstacles.

Iron Man 2 is the sequel to the first film and is directed by Jon Favreau, in which also co-stars in the movie, recuring his role as Tony Stark's bodyguard, chauffer, best friend and aid, Harold "Happy" Hogan.
